What kind of Yoga do you teach?

Through Vinyasa style yoga you will learn to connect your mind, body and breath. Mandy will teach you how to breathe (pranayama) and through that breath, how to move your body through poses (asanas). The intensity level is up to you. I remind you with each practice to honor your body and take it one step at a time, one breath at a time (vinyasa krama). You can challenge yourself easily and I give you the tools to do so. You can also set boundaries for yourself and I show you how. There are many ways to teach yoga and mine is but one. My goal is is to have you enjoy the journey your body and mind will take you on as you practice.

Can you teach at a different time? 8 PM is too late for me.

I would love to add an earlier class. Are you interested? Do you know others who are? Then contact me and we can get it started!

Do you take private students?

Occasional I do private lessons in the student's home.

Why don't you have more questions here?
